Texas Center for the Missing (TCM) has a Young Professionals Group called Emerging Leaders. Each year, the Emerging Leaders host AMBERFEST, an Oktoberfest Celebration, in support of TCM’s Houston Regional Amber Alert System.

At the event, TCM honors an organization with the Houston’s Amber Alert Partner Award. Recipients of this award are visionary philanthropic investors who have made a transformational impact on Texas Center for the Missing and our life-saving mission
to reunite families.
